Only Black-owned businesses, vendors, and service providers need to apply. This event is not to exclude anyone, but to make sure that everyone is included, and to allow consumers to meet business owners in their communities.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
Fee is the $40. for a 6ft. round table, $30 for a 3×6 ft. rectangle table, and $40 for all hot food vendors. (100 percent of your application fee will go to
the GWCC after-school program).
One table, 2 chairs, and a plastic table cover will be provided per space, (except those selling hot foods).
The vendor application deadline is February 12th or once all spaces have been reserved by payment of your application fee. (No payment of fee, no space reserved, no exceptions.)
Spaces will not be assigned – they are first come, first served as you arrive for the event.
Set up time on the day of the event is from 8:00 a.m. until 9:15 a.m. (You will not be allowed to set up after 9:15 a.m.) The event will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.
Once you have unloaded your vehicle you will be asked to move your vehicle to the St. John’s Church parking lot (within eye view of GWCC). A shuttle ride will be provided back. This will allow those attending the event ample parking throughout the day.
Please plan on professionally manning your stations and remaining for the entire day – including eating lunch at GWCC. There will be food vendors at this event.
You are expected to share this event on your social media outlets. This will give more visibility, creating a greater chance of success in future years.
All hot food item vendor spaces will be outside in the parking lot.
Absolutely no politically affiliated or obscene items are to be sold. No exceptions.

No refunds will be issued. (This event is to benefit the GWCC after-school program).
You will be asked to attend a very short meeting and opening prayer at 9:30 a.m. on the day of the event.
